Paul Butterfield Event is Happing Now........Clarksdale, Mississippi
There is a gathering happening Set 6th thru the 10th. It is the 2007 Paul Butterfield Fund Society staff conference and gathering. It is also in conjunction with Gabriel Butterfield's birthday. (Paul's Son) There will be a lot of great music at this event, and evening trips to the delta Juke Joints.
This Society is in remembrance of Paul Butterfield, and is doing a lot of good within the blue community. I have been in touch with Sali, Paul's wife, and will be donating time to help the cause. To bad we couldn't make Clarksdale, but check out this web site for a bar in the Ft Myers area, Buckingham Blues Bar.(www.buckinghambar.com) They have all kinds of going's on, a road trip we can afford!
